• Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, you may return unworn items with tags within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact Misti Graham at misti@inspheration.com to initiate the return process.
• Refunds: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automaticallly be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style or color, please contact Misti Graham at misti@inspheration.com and she'll assist you with the exchange process.
• Conditions for Returns:

  Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as recieved.

  All original garment tags must be attached.

  Retruns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the event the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship all orders via USPS.

How do I check the status of my order?:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 to 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at misti@inspheration.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes: As the USPS is our delivery company, we are able to ship directly to P.O. boxes.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused, unworn and in its original condition. Upon receipt, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at misti@inspheration.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will work towards a satisfactory solution.
